Fennel
Foeniculum dulce D.C.
Symptoms induced in controlled conditions (fumigation with ozone)cv. RondoObservation of ozone symptoms on linear fennel leaves is very difficult. Mainly, the injuries are observed in the oldest leaves (A and D) as a dried tip of 1 or 2 cm of length. Ozone exposure induces small chlorotic or necrotic areas (B) in the leaves of fennel cv. Rondo. Chlorosis or epinasty also are effects of ozone exposure on this crop.
